Tom Fogarty serves as the Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President for Concentra Inc. As the Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Fogarty directs the delivery of medical care for Concentra. His responsibility includes oversight of the medical practice, assuring evidence based health care, and supervision of the 500 providers. Dr. Fogarty has directed the development of information systems that have allowed Concentra to develop an outcomes based practice. As part of the technology solution Dr. Fogarty lead Concentra in the utilization of hand held devices for the capture of clinical notes. The information systems have allowed Concentra to pursue clinical research through Concentra Occupational Health Research Institute that was established by Dr. Fogarty.
Vice President, Enterprise Wide Data Analytics
Geneva Giang is the Vice President of Enterprise Wide Data Analytics at Concentra Inc. Geneva has over thirteen years of diverse experience in the development/implementation and support of integrated reporting systems and statistical analyses for the health care industry. Prior to joining Concentra, Ms. Giang was instrumental in the development and growth of Medical Economics for Kaiser Permanente-Texas. She had accountability for supporting the provider group, health plan administration, sales & marketing and product development through functions of provider profiling, network measurements, client reporting and analysis and underwriting and product rating. She has co-authored several articles and research publications pertaining to occupational medicine and early intervention. Ms. Giang holds a BA in Biology & Statistics from The Colorado College and her MBA in Health Services Management from the University of Dallas.
Senior Vice President, National Therapy Director
Gary Zigenfus joined the company in 1992 and is the founder of the physical therapy (PT) program at Concentra. With more than 35 years of experience in the PT arena, he now oversees all aspects of the organization’s physical therapy practice. Mr. Zigenfus advocates dynamic early intervention and evidence-based medicine in physical therapy. He is a published author and has held several adjunct professor positions at universities across the country. He currently serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for the Official Disability Guidelines (ODG). Mr. Zigenfus earned his Bachelor of Arts from Trenton State College and his M.S. degree in physical therapy from Duke University. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the APTA’s Orthopedic Section.
